Deep purple faceted amethyst prong set in the center of the ring. It is surrounded with milgrained sterling halo with natural pearls set in gold gold buttercups.
The face of the ring is pointed with clusters of 4 rose cut diamonds.
The whole face is resting on array of prongs sitting on the oval ring. The face is 33 mm X 27 mm. Amethyst is 20 mm X 13 mm. The pearls are 3 mm across.
The top of the ring raised 11 mm over a finger.
The triple band is a match to the top by its great design. It is intricately hand carved with leaves and flowers. The band is 5 mm in the back, 25 mm across under the top of the ring.
The are no hallmarks, tested 14K gold and sterling. Total weight is 14.5 grams.
Overall, very good antique condition commensurate with age. A few prongs holding the amethyst are missing. There is a fleabite chip on the amethyst under a prong.
