Exquisite French Pâte de Verre glass necklace from Art Deco period.
The necklace is 29 1/2" around neck.
The necklace assembled with two types of Pâte de Verre glass clusters.
Frosted white glass intertwined beads assembled in 3-bead clusters of different sizes:
from approx. 1 7/8" X 3/4" to 1 3/8" X 1/2".
Forest green "chestnut shell" Pâte de Verre glass beads assembled on brass loops in clusters.
All the clusters intermingle with faceted rock crystal beads. The crystal beads separate deep green clusters
and emphasize sophistication of the frosted glass clusters.
The Master who built this necklace kept 2-color palette to increase elegance of the necklace.
The necklace designed with no clasp.
