This exquisite necklace by William De Lillo, 
dating back to the 1970s, is truly a remarkable piece. 

It features a bib design adorned with cascading fringes 
that hang freely from brass wire, creating a stunning waterfall effect. 

Crafted from glass, the material mimics the appearance 
of genuine tortoise shell. 

The necklace measures 18 inches end to end, 
with the collar width being 7/8 inch. 
The center of the bib is 5 inches tall, 
the shortest fringes are 1 1/4 inches. 

The necklace is secured with a brass J hook clasp 
and is unmarked by any hallmarks.
