A great 14K gold amethyst diamond inlay ring of impressive design C.1860.
Deep purple faceted amethyst inlayed with gold forming a branch with flowers accented with rose cut diamonds.
The amethyst is 14 mm X 11 mm. The ring face is 17 mm X 15 mm.
The size of the ring is 5 3/4.
The are no hallmarks, tested 14K gold. Total weight is 5.3 grams.
Very good antique condition commensurate with age. Amethyst has some minor scratches. One small piece of inlay on the branch is missing which practically does not affect the look of the ring.
