Rare Georgean 14K gold over silver hand fist pendant enhancer.

The hand in ruffled cuff is wrought very real with 
intricate details.  It holds a pivot with old dog clip clasp
with its own swivel.  The latch of the clasp turns open on the hinge
and locks close with the knurled threaded nut.
The pendant is 44 mm long total, 30 mm without tassels.
It is 9.5 mm wide. 

Total weight of the pendant is 3.6 grams.
Gold layer acid tested 14K.

Very good antique condition commensurate with age.
There is some wear on the pendant.
