The fist symbolizes good luck, the padlock is symbol of fidelity.

The pendant crafted as a fine carved salmon red coral fist
holding a bar with a padlock charm
and a gold pellet dangles.
The whole pendant is 2 3/16” (55 mm) long 9/16" (15 mm) wide,
the fist itself with cap and bail 1 ½” long.

There are no hallmarks, tested 10K gold.
Total weight is 4.6 grams.

Excellent antique condition commensurate with age.
