Very nice Victorian 10K to 12 K gold longuard chain 
with opal and pearls slide C.1890.

The handmade chain is 49 inches long,
links are 1.5 mm wide.

The oval shaped slide embellished
with bead and bright set colorful opal in the center
with pearls halo around it.
The slide is 10 X 8.5 X 5.5 mm.
The opal is approx. 2 mm diameter.
The slide moves easily along the chain.

The dog clip clasp is 18.5 mm long 6 mm wide.

The chain, slide, and the clasp test between 10K and 12K gold.
Total weight is 9.3 grams.

Excellent antique condition.
