Very rare collectable book piece.
A large carved painted Bakelite frog
strumming on banjo or mandolin
with movable arm brooch pin
c.1930.

The frog is painted brown, the banjo is red, and strings are yellow.
The right arm is swinging on a rivet.

The closure is secure C-clasp
riveted to the back of the brooch.

The brooch is 3 3/4" high, 3 1/2" wide in average.

Very good antique condition commensurate with age.
There is some paint wear on prominent parts.
