Stunning starburst 14K gold, emerald, and seed pearl pendant/brooch from Victorian period.
It is 7/8" diameter, weighs 4.4 grams.

2 layered gold radiating stars adorned with prong set seed pearls on the rays
and 2.6 mm emerald in the center.

The brooch equipped with C clasp and retractable bail for pendant.

The brooch is unmarked, 14K gold tested.
The needle is not gold.

The culet (tip of the pavilion which is on the back of the stone) of the emerald is chipped.
It is not visible from front and needs a magnifying glass to be seen from the back.

Very good vintage condition commensurate with age.
