Rare Czech uranium Vaseline glass fringe necklace flapper C.1920. The uranium glass glow green under black light.
The necklace is 41" around neck.
The central station is 4 1/4" drop, the fringe pendant is 2 38" X 1 1/4".
The closure is spring ring clasp.
Very good antique condition commensurate with age. Brass covered with beautiful antique patina.
Uranium glass became popular in the mid-19th century with its period of greatest popularity from the 1880s to the 1920s. It was made in Gablonz, a glass making town in Czech Republic.
