Very rare turquoise art glass necklace from 40's designed by Frank Hess for Miriam Haskell.
The necklace designed as 3 chain festoons. The central chain also has 6 large Pate-de Verre turquoise glass wired beads with filigree caps. The beads are 29 mm X 19 mm X 15 mm.
Heavy gilded brass chains are 9 m wide.
The closure is slide in clasp adorned with sophisticated multi-layer floral design. It is 34 mm diameter.
The necklace is 14 1/4" around neck. Total weight is 237 grams.
The necklace is unsigned.
Excellent antique condition commensurate with age. Brass covered with beautiful antique patina.
