A splendid pair of French 18K gold platinum diamond earrings from Edwardian period C.1900.
The earrings measure 12 mm high 6 mm wide.
The diamonds are old European cut. The bottom ones measure 3.5 mm diameter or 0.15 Ct each. The top diamonds are 2.5 mm or 0.05 Ct each. They are E in color scale and their clarity is VS1/VS2.
The diamonds are set in platinum. The back of the earrings and the lever back clasps are 18K gold.
The earrings are hallmarked with eagle – the French stamp for 18K gold. Platinum acid tested. Total weight is 2.9 grams.
