Rare Victorian hand carved 10K gold salmon coral angel pendant C.1860.
The whole pendant is 3" long.
1 7/8" X 1 5/8"central part of the pendant hand crafted as 3-D wreath assembled from miniature roses and leaves set on gold wires. They are topped with detailed carved angel head with feathered wings.
The bail adorned with carved coral rose. The pendant completed with a 5/8" long coral dangle.
There are no hallmarks, tested 9K gold. Total weight is 11.8 grams.
Excellent antique condition commensurate with age. Gold covered with beautiful antique patina.
There is an optional C clasp with tubular hinged needle.
