Very stylish Scandinavian Modernist sterling silver
moon agate necklace C.1940 signed.

This massive necklace is skillfully hand wrought from sterling.
It consists of 3 solid pieces and 2 chains
with 16 mm rings.
The main attraction is the pendant 3 7/8" long
with mystical translucent moon agate
mounted in the open back bezel.
The agate is 37 mm X 28 mm.

The necklace is 19 inches around neck.
It is hallmarked STERLING and designer's stamp
which we could not identify.
Total weight is 109 grams.

Excellent antique condition commensurate with age.
