Splendid salmon coral brooch from 1930's.
The brooch is hand carved from one piece of high quality salmon coral. Intricately carved and high polished roses are striking imagination.
The size of the brooch is quite large: 58 mm (2 5/8") long, 24 mm (15/16") high. The coral is mounted in custom made hand crafted 14K gold frame. The frame itself is interesting by elaborate open work floral design.
The clasp is old style CC type.
Total weight is 15.6 grams. There are no hallmarks, tested 14K gold.
